Music Mart's Website is a catalog listing, based on information provided by music publishers and manufacturers. 

Many of the items on our website are In stock, however quantities of any item are subject to change without notice. Prices and availability of out of stock items is subject to change at any time by the manufacturer.

Orders are processed Monday- Friday from 9am-4pm. We make every attempt to ship orders for in stock items, the same day when we received the order before 4:00 pm. Orders received after 4:00 pm are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received because of carrier pickup times. Orders received after 4pm on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. (Including orders with requested expedited next day or 2nd day shipping). Note: after 4pm, Next day, or 2nd day air shipments will not be shipped until the next business day.

Should any item on your order, which is not in stock have a different price than quoted on your order, we will call you or send you an email with this information as your order will not be billed until items are actually shipped. Once notified of this change you may of course cancel your order without penalty. Upon submitting your order, you'll see a confirmation page that verifies your charges, your shipping/billing addresses, and your payment method; print this screen for your records.

Music Mart ships orders worldwide, via the US Postal Service or by UPS. Please be aware that when ordering from overseas, Canada or Mexico, our shipping fees DO NOT INCLUDE any brokerage, import or customs fees charged by your country, or the shipping company or any 3rd party involved in the shipping process. Note: Even with tracking information, the US Postal Service may not be able to track your parcel once it leaves the United States.

All mailed orders must be submitted with full payment. We will hold all orders received with inadequate funds until we receive the difference. If your credit card is declined, we'll call or email you requesting a different payment method. We will hold your order for 2 weeks, then the item(s) will be put back to stock. Music Mart does accept "purchase orders" from universities, public schools, or other organizations that normally pay vendors after receiving an order. NOTE: All International orders must be submitted with full payment via Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover Card. Music Mart uses AUTHORIZATION.NET for credit card processing of our online orders. Due to fraud your International orders may not be processed if it does not meet certain criteria. We may contact the cardholder via email or telephone, or verify funds with the issuing bank if necessary, for verification of purchase.
