Order processing time:

Music Mart's Web orders are processed at least twice a day Mon-Fri. As soon as your order is processed, we'll send you a second confirming email with the order attached as a .pdf document, which will tell you the order's expected ship date. Orders which are complete are shipped by 5pm the day they are processed. When necessary, backorders are typically shipped within 10 days, however there are circumstances when items do not ship within this time frame. We will send you an email with an estimated shipping time as soon as possible, however if you need to know availability on any item, just give us a call at 1-800-545-6204 ext 711 and we'll give you an immediate update. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with shipment tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods (not be confused with delivery time):

We offer shipping by US Postal Service, or UPS (United Parcel Service) if you are shipping your order to a PO box, we can only ship via USPS, because UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. This includes military addresses since they require delivery via the U.S. Postal Service. If you provide a PO Box with your order, and request UPS shipping, we will ship via the US Postal Service. Shipping amounts is based on an estimation of weight only and may vary slight when your order is actually shipped. Music Mart is not responsible for delivery times once your order leaves our warehouse.

In store Pickup:

You may request in store pickup, if you want to pick up your order at our Albuquerque location. No shipping or handling charge applies. (Just request to pick up your order by typing this info into the comments section at checkout.) We will notify you by Email or telephone when your order is ready for pickup (any shipping charges listed at order total won't be charged)
